A daily card is a question, not a horoscope

The useful version of a daily draw is not a prediction about your day. It is a single idea to carry through it and notice against. Told you are dealing with the Eight of Cups this morning, you tend to spot the thing you have been quietly walking away from by lunchtime — which is the entire value, and it only works if the card is read against something you actually named.

Drawing one every day

The pattern is where it gets interesting. A card that keeps returning across a fortnight is telling you something a single day never could, which is why readings here are saved to a journal that notices repetition. Most people do not spot it themselves; it is far easier to see in a list.

Reversed cards

A reversed card is not the opposite of the upright one and it is not bad news. It usually means the same energy turned inward, blocked, or overdone. The Sun reversed is not darkness — it is warmth you are not letting in.
